Shabby Apple Giveaway

Remember yesterday when I reported my excitement about finishing Les Miserables and finally letting myself see the musical?  I’m still stoked!
I’ve been thinking a lot about what I’m going to wear.  Jacob and I really like to dress up for dates whenever we get the chance, and we’ve definitely seized this opportunity as we’ve seen Wicked and Phantom.  We also like to go fancy for Jacob’s birthday, which is just a few weeks away, so I’ve had some date outfits on my mind.

Just as I’ve given all this thought to dressing up and finding the perfect dress to wear, I was contacted by Shabby Apple asking if I’d like to host a giveaway for a $50 gift card.  Could timing have been any better?   I let them know I would absolutely love to help a lucky reader win a giftcard to find the perfect dress for an upcoming date!

Their products really are amazing, and I’ve always been impressed with their style selection and quality!  If I was choosing one for the big Les Mis date or formal dinner I’d probably go with one of these:

This classic lacy beauty,  would be perfect for a night at a musical:

And this Red Fox dress I would wear to any formal dinner date!

And I would love to wear this “Study Break” dress to one of the fall wedding receptions we have lined up:

To win the giveaway all you have to do is hop down below, do the 3 mandatory items (like Shabby Apple on Facebook, be a public follower of, and leave a comment with your favorite item and what date you’d wear it on), and let me know you’ve accomplished these things in your comment.  Make sure to enter in the widget below as well as in a comment to be eligible.  There are even a few bonus items for extra entries!

  1. Thanks for the giveaway, Camille! Rafflecopter wanted me to leave a post on Shabby Apple's website? Hmmm… So I'm just commenting here. I LOOVE the Alice Dress! I'd have to ask my husband out on a date so I could wear it — even if it were just to the movies.

  2. Ohhh i do not like choosing. But, I've had my eye on the mint One For My Baby dress for awhile. Very close runner-ups include the green Animalia and the Aquaria. Come on big money!

  3. Talk about perfect timing…I was just day dreaming about Shabby Apple yesterday and still have the tab open with my two favorite dresses. I want the Jacob's Pillow polka dot dress or the L'Opera. I'd where them everywhere, even grocery shopping or pumping gas. Forget a date 😉

  4. oh i love the study break dress too! looks soo comfortable. (also, i clicked that i followed on twitter on accident and can't find your site to follow) and i would wear this dress on my birthday dinner date coming up!

  5. I'm loving the Tea Time little purple lace number- though my whimsical self really just adores the entire Mad Hatter collection. As for a date, Jonathan's birthday is coming up and we are going to do a more formal date night than the usual.

  6. I love the red Headliner Dress! So so so cute. I would wear it on almost ANY date 😉 (I accomplished all the mandatory entries and I'm about to take a crack at the extras, too!)

  7. Oh man…I totally love the dresses you picked. And I'm sure if I looked at the website I'd find a million more I loved. But I think either the black or the red dress would be amazing for a night out to the theatre!

  8. I love so many! One of my favorites is the Tigris…not sure what type of date I'd wear it on (my hubby and I haven't really been on a date in AGES)…but I love it anyway!

  9. I like the Barefoot in the Park (Coral) dress. I would wear it to watch the sunset with the hubs and then to dinner and a movie. A good movie where I get to squeeze his hand a bunch during it.
