Surviving the Third Trimester

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and healthy mama® , but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #gethealthymama
We were so lucky to find our about our miracle baby after years of infertility, and that the one last treatment before it was time to give up on the idea of a new home and save for in vitro had worked! I have to confess that through all the joy there was one negative thought- out of years of treatments of course the timing that had to stick has to be such that I’m due at the end of September and would be large over the hot scorching months in Arizona.

I’ve always had a few issues with the heat- heat headaches, migraines, and a loss of appetitive, so I knew pregnancy may be extra hard at the end. As much as I want to pretend I’m that glowing, cute pregnant lady I hoped to be, I’m often feeling over-heated and have some heat-induced nausea almost daily that I don’t think is helping my cause.

Bless ice for helping, and a few weekend getaways to escape the heat. Bless ginger-ale, and bless herbal supplements that help some too! But I have to add one more blessed product that’s new the market and I honestly can’t believe wasn’t there all along! healthy mama®  helps soon-to-be moms and nursing moms battle their less-than-glowing symptoms with safe products you can have every day. Third trimester nausea, I’m looking at you. I’m loving the Calm the Crazy tea to soothe my stomach.

Let’s hope it helps with cankles too.

I’m pretty sure the Boost it Up natural energy drink will stay with me while I’m a tired new mom too! Protein+vitamins+ginger to help soothe the nausea is making my life much better! And it’s easy to find at Target for an affordable price (while supplies last), I’m loving that too!

I’m determined to stay happy and grateful for this little guy up until the end, even with the heat baking me from the outside and the inside, and I’m so grateful healthy mama® products came into my life!
