Ingredients: (Remember this is for one, if you plan to make another to freeze be sure to buy two of everything!)
1 lb Beef Stew Meat
1 onion finely diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 fresh basil leaves
1 package of sliced mushrooms
1/2 package of cream cheese
Toss it all in the slow cooker- it’s that easy!
Cook on low 3-5 hours. Serve it over egg noodles (or whatever noodles you have on hand!)
To freeze: dump all the ingredients in a freezer safe bag, seal, freeze, and use in the next 3 months. Also, go pat yourself on the back for being a super-human who makes meals appear out of no where next time you don’t feel like cooking.
