We’re definitely loving getting our Christmas on together, and enjoying some quality time and dates doing so! This week we went with one of our Christmas traditions-

We love to make “gingerbread” structures out of graham crackers

I particularly love this activity because watching Jacob’s engineer brain construct, build, and calculate graham cracker dimensions is always amazing to me.

I feel like this is even better done with a group, everyone pitches in candy and you have a lot of selection!

And I really loved that this year’s castle came complete with a working drawbridge. I’ll give you one guess who built this feature and who just handed pieces to him.
