The Perfect Holiday Party Dress

I heard years ago that you should shop for a formal or semi-formal dress when you don’t need one because when it comes time for the big event like a holiday party and you need that holiday party dress, you’re sure to not find one and run out of time. I have always lived by this rule buying one when I had no need, and holding out for an event. Lucky for me we do enough fancy dates I can find an occasion, but I know that’s not the case for everyone, and I also know the holiday season is pretty much here and the need is arising now instead of three months ago.
