Waffle Love Comes to Arizona!

Every friend I know in Utah has told me about this food truck and how the waffles are the best of the best! During our trip to Utah this past summer we didn’t have time to track down the truck, and it’s been on my list of things to do next time we visit. Imagine my delight to get an invite to a blogger preview of the opening of the Waffle Love AZ truck!

The Waffle Love AZ grand opening was this weekend, but a few days earlier the vary gracious owner invited a bunch of local bloggers to come try out the waffles at one of the cutest party setups complete with vintage campers, adorable decor, and a romantic setting in an open field in Gilbert.

 
We actually had a difficult time knowing what to order, everything looked and sounded amazing! And the owner is so sweet and charming. We love stories of opening businesses and often ask the owner what inspired them. She told us she had her first one in Utah and fell in absolute love and knew this is what she wanted to do with her life. She asked the creator if she could franchise, and they were game! I kind of love that she literally embodies the slogan “Love at first bite.”

 

I ended up going with the Red Wonder due to double berry offering and my curiosity to try Biscoff spread. AMAZE-Zing!

 

Jacob went with the Nutella Love, can you ever go wrong with Nutella and breakfast food?

 

We had a ton of fun eating the most amazing waffles and running into a few friends. But mostly, we took the opportunity for a quick, free date night and spent our time together enjoying a fun night!

    I had Waffle Love this summer in Utah and it is TO DIE FOR!! We're going back to Utah next month and we are FOR SURE tracking down the truck. 🙂 You're so lucky to have one local to you.

  10. YAY! We love Waffle Love. You can purchase cookie butter at Trader Joe's – it's just like Biscoff and so yummy!
