Easy Toddler Acai Bowl Recipe
1 container of Gerber Lil™ Bits of your choice
We LOVE mixing up the flavors for our toddler. For a tropical bowl in this recipe we try the Island Fruit Blend. But it comes our great with banana-apple-strawberry, banana-apple-mango, or orchard fruit medley too!
All you do it place the acai, banana, and liquid in a blender. Start with 1/8 and if you need more to get it going increase to 1/4. If it comes out too runny you can add some ice cubes as well.
Pour the acai in a bowl, and go ahead and add the 1 frozen acai packet Gerber Lil™ Bits flavor of your choice to the bowl.
Stir them together so the flavors infuse and the little bits are mixed throughout. Each Lil™ Bits recipe is made with perfectly sized soft pieces of fruits or veggies to help your baby learn and master chewing, so they are excellent to keep as-is in the bowl. They’re also free from starch or artificial colors, and have the same high quality standards of GERBER®. They are also super easy to find at local grocery stores and box stores too! Plus there’s a ton of options in more than fruit, like chicken itty-bitty noddle or broccoli carrot cheddar as a savory option.
But let’s get back to the bowl- it comes out ready to eat and trust me when I tell you that your child may dance in excitement when they see it, mine certainly does!
Definitely, one satisfied customer, who insisted he lick the spoon when the bowl was empty.
